My Menu Monday

HAR_3803Well, you asked for it, and here it is! My first menu post. I hope to make this a weekly column where I share our menu for the week. We sometimes get in a rut, but I am hoping to add a little spice into my menu when my schedule slows down a little bit. This week is a little unusual for us because I will be out of town on Friday and Saturday at a ladies conference. Here is the rundown for this week:

Breakfasts

M – Waffles

Tu- Pioneer’s Porridge

W – Cereal

Th – Egg in the Hole

F- Energy Bars

S – Cereal

S – Cereal

Lunches

M – Eat out (lunch date with hubby)

Tu – Ham rollups

W – Snack tray (cheese, crackers, fruit, veggies)

Th – PB&J

F – eat at conference/kids eat at my sisters

S – PB&J

S – leftovers

Dinners

M – Chicken Veggie Stir Fry

T – Taco Soup

W – Eat at church

T – Salsa Chicken, Quinoa

F- Dad fixes pizza

S – Dad fixes spaghetti

S- Pizza night

As I develop this column over the next few weeks, I plan to include recipes for some of the meals. I hope this gives you a little inspiration in your meal planning this week.
